Unfortunately we were waiting for more than an hour to handling the keys back on the last day, no phone calls to advise us if an emergency or at leat a courtesy call, only 15 min before the person arrived just to let us know "someone is on the way". No apologies or any explanation at all, then she hang up, like she's doing a favour to us, very disappointed. I am sure if we do that they will charge us an extra day. On that day we have an important commitments to meet with a friend but because of that we end up arriving too late to our appointment.. NO HAPPY AT ALL!
