The elevator was broken the whole time. The hotel needs to be remodeled completely. For the price i paid is not worth it.

12 floors and ice machines only on two floors. Two elevators, one broken. Coffee machine in lobby broken. Breakfast available until 10 am. Monday breakfast was totally stocked at 9:45 with a very friendly waitstaff in uniform. Tuesday at 9:45 no bagels, no muffins, no pastry, no fruit, no yogurt, waitstaff looked like a young guest, and just replied “all out”. No rest rooms available other than your room. Water flow from outdoor shower has no pressure, only drips out. Interior hallways and stairs need cleaning and painting. Would not recommend.

The place was old and in need of a facelift. Only one elevator working. The cleaning staff were overwhelmed and short handed but they tried hard to keep up. Will not recommend at this time.

Staff was amazing. Room was very clean but as a whole the property was a little dated. Only complaint was that there were only 2 elevators and only one worked which as we all know things happen and it was out of staffs control and you just deal with. Took significant time getting from floor to floor during prime times but because staff was amazing it was worth the wait. Breakfast was good and staff there also was amazing! Definitely would recommend for the $. Location as well was great and convenient to local shops and eateries.

The room is very spacious and we really like that however I spent four nights and never got room service, not event when we ask for it. It was very uncomfortable to go to the from desk to ask for toilet paper or towels every single time we run out of them. I understand housekeeping service is as requested however they should provide basic things like toilet paper and tissues at least. I am giving four stars for staff and service only because of the breakfast staff. There was a guy and other young girls that were super nice.

Perfect Getaway

Will definitely return! Amazing balcony view, clean comfortable room. ALL staff was so friendly, made you feel at home. The free breakfast buffet was top quality as well as entertaining! The place was not fancy, it had some peeling paint and some chipped tiles, but it was clean and not overpriced. Nice pool. Close to everything. It was the perfect vacation, cant wait to book again!

The building in general was old. There were only 2 elevators for the whole building. At one point one elevator was broken. Wait time for the elevator was very very long. Multiple ice machines and other items were broken through out the building. The room itself was nice clean and comfortable. The biggest issue is our balcony door wouldn’t close. We called maintenance. They came and slammed it shut but then even my husband couldn’t open it. They changed the knob and it kind of worked but multiple times it got stuck open or it was shut and I got stuck on the balcony. The breakfast crew was very nice and friendly but They couldn’t keep up with the food demand and multiple times they were out of multiple items ( bacon sausage biscuits pancakes). So we had to wait but when food was refilled the lines were LONG. The variation of meals every day wasnt great and I ended up eating the same thing almost every day. The food itself was okay. The pool was in good shape and clean. Parking was easy and accessible. Location was great.

We enjoyed our stay and did not move the car. We were in the heart of everything and walked to our destinations. I love the fact that the room had a separate living room area with a fridge and microwave. We will be back!

Check in process made me question the reviews I read. It was slow no one greeted us. However once we got started it was better. The room was spacious there were 2 balconies plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was basic hotel fare. No gluten free options. The ocean view from the balcony made it all worth it
