It was fine. Door to room (529)needs maintenance - it's very warped and hard to open/close. Never received a receipt, since the computer wasn't working when i checked out (I prefer a hard copy to review), but computer wasn't working. The room was clean, the staff at the front desk were nice and very helpful, the other staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. Balcony view was beautiful! Fantastic stay!

I cannot say you know good things about your staff. Everyone was wonderful. We were there for the parade and they were so accommodating with everything. Any request no matter how silly it was five stars to this hotel.

The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the view / beach access was great. They only thing I wasn’t to happy with was the pool area. The pool was not the warm, it had a very strong smell of chlorine, and the pool room was dripping water from the ceiling. It made me feel gross . But the staff was very great . Would definitely stay here again.
