Something for everyone. second floor above carport is a two bedroom with the same appliances as main kitchen floor except no oven (electric skillet, toaster oven and hot plate added) two bedrooms with shower and shower/tub combo, sofa bed. Rent side by side units, families can move from one unit to the other (limit of 15 at a time on each deck, fire code). Max if 45 in my building.
