My stay at the hotel was fine except the restaurant was closed and there was no coffee in the lobby and those were some of the things we were looking for. however, there was significant amount of parking which was wonderful and the room was clean.

The parking was terrible. Hotel advertises a restaurant and when I asked about it there was no restaurant on site. That was one of the main reasons why I booked the room. They also don’t tell you the King bed rooms are across the street outside the main building. You dial 0 and no one answers and there is more than one person at the desk. Other than that I really didn’t have a issue. Just could use some slight renovations to the rooms.

This hotel was nothing special and not worth the price I paid for it was relatively clean and the beds were very comfortable. I did pay extra so that I could have a balcony on the ocean side because I like to sit outside and listen to the waves. My only real complaint won't matter to most but I found it odd that I couldn't sit out on the balcony and use my e-cig. I understand that hotels don't want people to smoke or use e-cigs in the hotel room but the balcony didn't make much sense to me.

I came to the property thinking the bar would be opened, but it was closed. There was not any weights in the exercise room. There was no explanation to were everything was located in the hotel. Overall I happy with the room and my stay.

Don't stay here

No hot water available for showers!!! Front desk said to let it run "15-20 min." After 75 min of running the bath water not a drop of hot water. The next day, same thing. Not a drop of hot water. No manger on duty all weekend. And despite 4 messages to contact manager they continue to refuse to address my concern.

First room we were placed in smelled like smoke and the heater was broken. Second room was better but limited furnishings and dated. No breakfast included not even coffee, fruit, or breakfast bars. The advertised restaurant Las Palmas was either closed for repairs or hadnt opened yet. Extremely small toiletries provided.

Scam hotel. Do not stay here!

Bathroom is terrible, only one elevator, takes a long time to get items you request such as towels, etc. Toilet is barely functional. All of this might have been forgiven, due to the location and friendliness of the staff except they double charge you upon check out on a non business day. Then tell you that it may take up to 10 business days to give you back the money they stole from you.

Filthy dirty and disgusting. Lobby about a 3 elevator dirty floors dirty. Our room smells and the toilet flush handle broken. Sink, walls ceiling tub dirty and worn out. Faucet handle at sink spinning loose. Carpets very dirty and vacuumed only in one place chair lather tipped and cracked plus filthy Balcony extremely dirty. Complained to staff Claim they were aware and hopefully getting an overhaul. Pictures of rooms and hotel are not what you’re getting. Run down noisy filthy place.
