The property was lovely, and our room was just as depicted in the pictures. However, there were a few instances when reaching the front desk was challenging, which made me suspect that they were understaffed. Kudos to overworked bartender that got us dessert. Not so nice at breakfast time when waitress pretty much did nothing beyond taking order and delivering same. Note, when you get coffee don’t make the customer ask for sugar or cream, and when you bring it, maybe bring a spoon too. And don’t get me started on the $189 echannel retail upcharge. Outrageous. I expect to get more from the Sheraton, not give more.

Great location. Stayed during the Shamrock Marathon and it’s directly between the start and finish of the races. Staff was friendly and accommodating with check out time as well for racers. Great job. I will be back !

Great ocean view. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom was on the smaller side but functional. The hotel was quiet but we were also there during the off season-January. I would stay there again.

Not worth the money

My boyfriend and I did not enjoy our stay due to upon arrival the room we were assigned did not have properly working heat and we had to move to another room. Although the 2nd room was bigger , we had to wait almost an hour for the shower to get hot each day we were here . Also we were not able to connect to the wifi while in the room. We asked the front desk for assistance,they sent a member of maintenance that told us he didnt know what to do about the wifi and that there was a shift change at the front desk and they will change our room once again and someone will come back to us , but no one did. We will not stay here again
