Quiet and felt safe. The beach wasnt over crowded and my son had a great time out there. I cut my foot on the bed frame they probably should look into fixing that. Other than that it was a great place to visit.

The first thing to remember is, that this is a popular dog friendly hotel and with that being said it's truly on the guest for not cleaning up after their pets. The staff does an amazing job keeping the place clean , but as we all know there's always a few in the bunch. My stay was over the Father's Day Weekend and was great , staff was working really hard when ever I saw them and was sober.HaHa Ha No Really!

I enjoyed my stay, but the bathrooms are extremely tiny and while being there the power did go out. There was a lady in the front at the desk who just always had a very nonchalant attitude towards customers and people on the phone and I didn’t like that the elevators were very worn down and it always smelled like elderly people and smoke and food in the hallways. I enjoyed the pricing and the private area for entrance to the beach, but I did not like how openly accessible the hotel was to strangers and I did not love the conditions. Overall, I would rate my experience a 6.5 out of 10, I don’t know maybe I just needed a different room or what but it was OK I guess

We stay at this hotel every time we come to the ocean at Virginia Beach. Amazing staff, clean room and area, amazing parking options, several elevators, and such easy access to the beach. Also nice because the beach isn’t packed since it’s around 2 miles down the road from the busy boardwalk area. Pools and hot tub are also great. Ate at the onsite restaurant as well this time and the food was fantastic!

We booked a 1 bedroom suite to share wirh a friend while we were attending an event. Room was great, very spacious. The hydraulic in the door was broken so it would be tough to open and slam shut if you weren't careful. You could tell it was an older room at the beach. There was visible pitting from salt in the metal. Beds were a little soft. Price was a little high i feel for the condition of the hotel overall. But no real complaints. Would definitely stay there in the future.
