Magnolia Silo and Magnolia Press are only 2 blocks away which is easy walking distance and no hassle finding parking downtown. We enjoyed being walking distance to Magnolia Silos and in the heart of downtown Waco. Very cute place and the snacks were a hit, especially after a long day of travel. Very relaxing atmosphere and perfect for a girls getaway trip!

Beautiful cozy alternative to a hotel. Accommodations were within walking distance to the Magnolia silos and downtown. If I had any suggestions I would have the owners check the downstairs AC unit. It got really warm during the day. Upstairs was fine. We weren’t inside that much so it was still an exceptional stay with everything you need and more.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this beautiful loft in Waco! The decor is exactly what you see in the post. It’s a perfect blend of modern comfort with Texas charm, nestled in Baylor University colors. The location was also ideal – just a short drive from Magnolia Market, downtown Waco, and Baylor University. We’d definitely stay here again.

This was perfect size for 2-3 people. We had two adults, one in each bedroom and it worked but first floor bedroom is tight. We walked almost everywhere we went over three days, exactly what we wanted! The Christmas decor was festive
