Location was good - handy to shops and quiet. Bedrooms were well furnished, beds good. Kitchen was good. Couldn't get ABC or SBS on television.Some attention to upkeep would have helped. There was a light out in the bathroom, the lamp in the living room didn't work. The garage door remote was dead. The backyard was untidy with leaves and just generally unattractive.
