Aloha! Welcome to our 1800 sqft Hawaiian style 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Fairway Villas. Situated on the 4th hole of the Lakes Course overlooking Kings' Lake, Kings' Shops, with sunset skies and moonlit nights.

The Resort has a beautiful infinity pool, hot tub, BBQ area and open-air fitness center. You can walk to a grocery store, many restaurants, shops and scenic A-Bay Beach.

We extend our Golf Membership benefits at Waikoloa Golf to guests renting our Villa.


We are conveniently located within a private gated community with all the resort amenities. This is a place to relax, recharge and renew.

Inside the villa you will find tile floors and a bright open floor plan, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day in the sun. Fix yourself a cold drink or a snack in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which features granite countertops and a serving bar, or hop on the free WIFI to check in with your friends back home. In the everning, enjoy the fresh air out on the lanai and take in the sunset or find a movie to watch on TV.

The primary bedroom upstairs features a king size bed with golf course views. The master bath is bright and spacious and provides a dual sink vanity, a separate toilet room, a walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. Adjacent is the large walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your clothing and luggage.

The upstairs guest bedroom features a queen size bed, TV and it's own private bathroom. The downstairs guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV and is adjacent to the mainfloor bathroom.

You may enjoy additional comfort in the loft area upstairs which is setup as an office space for any work you may need to do from your Hawaii "home" or can be utilized for additional sleeping area with a queen size sofa bed.

This Villa has all the amenities of home and extras for your beach outings such as Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys.

While our kitchen may contain some non-perishable items for your convenience we do not guarantee a supply. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we do provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels and other essentials but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Whether you are looking for time with family or a tropical get away, Hawaii is a paradise and this villa is the perfect place to call home as you enjoy the Island.

Guests can use the garage for extra storage and access to the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys. Beach towels are provided in unit. Parking is available in any numbered stall that does not say "RESERVED". Visitor parking pass must be displayed on dash.
