I booked a deluxe suite for my parents. But when I booked, I missed the part that said I only had one person on the reservation. The room said it slept 6 so I didn’t think it was a big deal. I called the night before, just to make sure everything was set for my 75 year old parents. The hotel front desk said that my dad would not be welcome because he wasn’t on the reservation. They said I would have to call Expedia to update the reservation (entirely for the continental breakfast). I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia to iron everything out where they had to call the front desk directly and let them know it was ok to add an extra human to the massive room (king bed, couch, kitchenette). My parents enjoyed their stay but were disappointed about the pool not being available in 90 degree weather. Save yourself the hassle and pay just $10 more to go anywhere else.

We enjoyed our visit mostly. However, yesterday they had not made the bed or cleared out the garbage. Only reason they came back cleaned up the bed was my roommate went down to front desk. However, they only empted the garbage can in living area but not the bathroom. The bathroom still was not cleaned up when we left today. We had excellent service last year but to say the least this year service was not up to par. I still liked the place but have to really think about next years stay for family reunion.

Great for wine tasting trips. Reliable, old faithful. Good access to spots in town and out. Only complaint was the walls are thin and you can hear loud groups next to you. Great on the off season when the hotel room next to you is empty (or you have quieter neighbors)

The fitness room had no sanitary wipes. Both canisters were empty. There was no opportunity to recycle paper, cans or bottles in the room or in the lobby areas.
