Comfortable spacious room with great little kitchenette. Easy parking. Coin operated washer and dryer on the premises and also clothes airers for use in your room. Owners are very friendly, they know the area well, and couldn't be more helpful.

Stayed in October 2023. Rooms good, have been recently updated with nicer bathroom etc. still a few bits and pieces need to polished but good compared to other places in NZ. Location is good easy to walk to Lake.
