Roys Bay Lodge - Wanaka Holiday Home

Less than a kilometer from the picturesque lakefront of Roys Bay rests this gorgeous four-bedroom holiday home, styled for comfort both indoors and out. Welcome to Roys Bay Lodge.

Set against a mountain backdrop, this expansive single storey home is the ideal base for your next family getaway to Wanaka. Drenched in sunlight right up to its vaulted ceilings, the open-plan living-dining area offers a cosy, homely feeling, while still having ample room for everyone to find their own place to relax.

On a winter getaway, gather around the wood burning fireplace with a hot drink, or snuggle up together in the TV room for a movie night. On those warm summer days, open up the doors and windows and let the breeze blow through, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the sun-drenched patio and lawn.

With a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating, dining alfresco will become the norm on your summer getaway. Stock up on all your favourites and store them in the butlers pantry, ready to whip up a cheese plate, or prepare delicious sides in the fully equipped kitchen. The dishwasher will take care of the washing up for you, so you can continue to sip your Central Otago Pinot Noir long into the warm evening.

Comfortably sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms, Roys Bay Lodge has bedding configurations to most groups. The master bedroom is as luxurious as its super king-size bed sounds, with its walk-in-wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and patio access.

With plenty of off-street parking, plus a garage, there’s space to park your cars, boat, jet-ski, kayaks, and even the bikes, so bring it all! The lakefront is just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away, and a bike ride into town for an ice-cream is a great way to spend an afternoon!

For adventures further afield, the mind-boggling Puzzling World is a 10-minute drive from home, the slopes of Cardona and Treble Cone are about 45 minutes drive away, and you can reach Queenstown via the Crown Range in just over an hour.

Transport all the comforts of home to an unforgettable destination and holiday here at Roys Bay Lodge!
