Great property. Wifi didnt work.and shower overflower. Otherwise quite giod

Pros: The location of the hotel is fantastic, directly behind the Ritz and easy walk to Piccadilly Circus and close to Green Park underground station. Cons: The studio room however only has venetian blinds so is very well lit even in the middle of the night. It also only has a small double bed, even though it is booked as a queen on Wotif. Complaints to the staff were ignored. Room 1A also has a loud whirring noice coming from the A/C vent every hour or so, that lasted close to an minute, even when the A/C in the room wasn't on.
