Pros: The location of the hotel is fantastic, directly behind the Ritz and easy walk to Piccadilly Circus and close to Green Park underground station.
Cons: The studio room however only has venetian blinds so is very well lit even in the middle of the night. It also only has a small double bed, even though it is booked as a queen on Wotif. Complaints to the staff were ignored.
Room 1A also has a loud whirring noice coming from the A/C vent every hour or so, that lasted close to an minute, even when the A/C in the room wasn't on.

Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford!
