The space
Occupying more than 4 acres of beachfront property, this 4BR/3.5BA home provides a peaceful coastal getaway. The spacious yard includes a scenic, 5-minute private walking path to the ocean, a firepit, and a hot tub. Gather on two balconies to share alfresco meals and admire gorgeous seaside landscape views.

Completely remodeled, this home has a sleek modern kitchen, large windows, blackout blinds, and hardwood floors. A game room offers hours of fun with ample board games including giant Jenga.

Soak up the sun on the beach, catch crabs and dig for clams with complimentary traps and clam guns, or boat or fish at the private lake stocked annually. Relax on the deck and you might see a local elk herd that often roams the private coastal estate.

LIVING AREA

Spend quality time together in the living area. Stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus movies on the 65” smart TV. A desk by the window offers a convenient workspace with a view, and a wood-burning fireplace adds allure.

The second living area has an extensive game collection -- enjoy a game night around the table for 12. Play ping-pong in the garage game room or take the fun outside for some competitive cornhole.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances and brand-new pots, pans, and dinnerware. Serve appetizers at the island bar for three. The dining table extends to seat up to eight, while a large table and bench, that seats up to 12, is found on both the outdoor deck and game room.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps up to 12 guests per the county rules in four king bedrooms, a twin bunk and sofa beds.

The primary suite has a king bed, direct access to a second balcony, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk and two twin-over-twin bunks. The third bedroom holds a king bed and a small lofted bed (that may not be suitable for young children). The adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination.

Located above the garage, the fourth bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath with a shower. A half bath adds convenience in the living area.

Each king bed has a memory foam mattress and 800 thread count cotton sheets.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather on the deck to rest in the shade, grill meals on a gas grill, or soak in the hot tub. Relax around the wood-burning firepit. Sip coffee on the first balcony. The second balcony has a dining table.

Enjoy complimentary access to a private lake stocked with fish annually. Bring your own fishing gear or a canoe/kayak.

“Never Say Die” Beach Farmhouse is in a gated community. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time is observed by county regulations from 10 pm to 8 am. We don’t allow parties or day guests exceeding the number of people on the reservation. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, and be asked to leave immediately, a $1000 fine, and no refunds will be given. In addition, unsanctioned parties, violation of quiet time period or use of hot tub or firepit after 10pm will result in guests not being allowed to further use of the property, be asked to leave immediately, a $1000 fine, and no refunds will be given.
