Clean and the staff are friendly. It’s only a small area for parking but parking in available on the street. It’s close to a supermarket and eating areas and a short drive to the beach and other facilities in the area.

Way overpriced.. rooms have the bare minimum and the staff was not very helpful at all. Room stunk of smoke .. ash trays are right outside the doors. The bathroom walls were mouldy and dirty. I'd avoid staying here. It's definitely not worth the exorbitant $420 a night.

Parking is tight and inadequate spaces for the number of rooms. Bins in direct line of sight from our door. Signs of black mould in the bathroom. No exhaust fan. Freezer door was broken. Light in coffee making area not working. The chap at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

OVerall, yes, very clean and well presented, but the Bathroom needed alot of grout cleaning as there were some black mold. Otherwise pretty good. The only other issue was the desk was rarely manned always a sign to call if needed, which was a bit painful. Otherwise the room was extremely neat and tidy, well presented but that Bathroom just let it down alot.

Was not impressed to find no one at the reception when I arrived -I was early but called number and was advised someone would be back at 2 when check in opens… I called again at 2 and there was no answer, with staff returning at 2:15.not ideal when keen to get in the room asap

Service was very good. Polite and supportive. Sumar also gave us a lift to an event when the taxi failed to show up. Location was so convenient. Next time we will ask for a ground floor room, so we don’t have to carry luggage up the stairs.

Short but nice stay

A good short stay at this motel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff polite and friendly. My only issue was one small bathroom tap to fill the kettle and water bottles. Overall I would consider staying here again.

Property was very central but a band played on Friday night nearby and it was noisy in the room. Very cold so we had to keep the heater turned up high to keep the room comfortable. Heater was a bit noisy. Had to fill gaps under door with towels to stop cold breeze blowing in. Some mould around bathroom sink and kettle didn’t work. Overall the property is a bit tired but acceptable.

This has always been our go to motel andcwe were a little disappointed with our stay this time round. The room was ok, bathroom needs improving as there was a large amount mould in the shower recess, could really do with a deep clean.

Mixed messages

All was good except a pub was advertised as next door, incorrect it closed a year ago, our room was not serviced, supposedly you need to inform them if you want made up, so a pre covid sign says, however in the compendium it states leave your sign on the door, THERE WERE NONE.
