Private room with your our entrance, covered porch facing the lake. We have a private boat ramp and a 100' lighted dock for fishing. We are just off of 65 Hwy and only minutes from everything in Wasaw and Truman Dam.

Our stay here was perfect, the view was beautiful, the room was spotless and cozy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable and we can’t wait to return for another visit.

Great host and a real hidden gem on the south part of the lake. Highly recommend doing 92 mile damn to damn. Stay at this newly built mini hotel. They have everything you need including coffe in your room. You can take your boat 1/2 mile to Warsaw harbor. Public boat parking. 1 block walk to Main Street. Plenty of shopping and restaurants.

A little piece of paradise

I booked this place for my mom since we were camping for 4th of July. She was an absolute heaven. Said the owners were kind and helpful and she would hands down be back!

Nice fishing spot

Clean room and comfortable bed.Nicely remodeled historic building with several hotel type rooms. There is a separate house you can book but it was already reserved when we made our reservations. The owners are friendly and helpful. Has a big fishing dock and the owner gave us plenty of tips on how to fish it. There is a good restaurant a very short walk away but still just minutes from everything in Warsaw. This place is going on our list for a return trip.

This is a perfect spot for a fishing getaway! Johnny and Denise are wonderful hosts, but not as wonderful as George the cat, who is friendly as can be and knows more about fishing than I do. This room was the best possible combination of hotel/independent vacation rental. It was cleaner than many hotel rooms I've been in and includes a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Denise provided plenty of towels and lovely extra touches (bottled water, individual containers of coffee, napkins, salt & pepper, silverware). There is a restaurant/bar within close walking distance, which was very handy after spending an afternoon drinking beer and fishing on the pier. All in all, one of the best places we've ever stayed!

Weekend getaway

Property owner was very apologetic about clutter all around the property but, they are in the middle of renovating so completely understood. Owners were amazing, place was very clean and cozy. Access to good fishing is right there as well as some laying around in the sun. Far enough away from everything but still very close to anything you would need that Warsaw has to offer. We kind of hope this becomes our own little secret get away place but, the stay there warranted a review so I can't keep it all to myself.
