First impressions are sometimes what makes your stay most memorable, and that's what ours was. The front desk staff welcomed us, and refreshments were set up nicely in the lobby. Very nice experience overall.

Pros: Good location, comfortable beds, good prices, free breakfast Cons: stairway entry into hotel, have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the lobby. no valet parking-parking lot is a few blocks away. hotel is disrepair and a little dirty. Breakfast was gross with overcooked items served day after day. Staff was very nice

Breakfast was plentiful. I didn’t like the eggs though. The staff there were excellent! Everyone was so kind including Robin, the manager. I was moved to a double room when asked. The beds were comfortable and it was close to the convention center. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay.
