Room was ok. Pretty tired. Chair and lamp had stains on them. There was a big black hair in the shower when I arrived.

Tired needs a spruce up even though it was done only a few years ago. Very poor choice of wine .no savvy only pinot gris or savvy continental breakfast very poor but only $10 it was better to pay $18 for a cooked .staff seemed lethargic. I wasnt happy that my credit card was charged without my knowledge on the first occasion but i was asked to sign it on our return

Tidy and all the basic requirements covered. No plate, bowl or eating utensils. A long walk through a maze of corridors to get to my room.

No bedside table on one side. Shower floor slippery. TV remote was impossible to use Parking was ample and the staff were nice enough

Nothing unique. Reception staff were lovely. Would like to know what happens to copy of credit card and license details (shredded hopefully). Lamps and carpets needs cleaning.

The free airport shuttle that was supposed to run every 20 minutes took 80 minutes to show up. I requested a room close to check in as I am traveling with my disabled brother. Our room was the farthest away from check in. The furniture in the room was circa 1950s. There was no soap in the bathroom & only 1 towel each.
