There's no ice on the 11th floor for the past 2 days. My air wouldn't go past 67 degrees, with the ceiling fan on and it's wayyyy too hot for that. I could hear running water in my bathroom. The door to the bathroom wouldn't stay open. The back to the shower knob was coming off. This location needs to do ALOT of maintenance. I won't be staying at this location anymore. I think you all need to take time to fix some things. It's not worth almost $800 for 2 nights.

It’s ok

Service was excellent! The facility not so much, room didn’t go below 74 degrees. Yes it was hot out but in the middle of the night still wouldn’t cool down. The shower head was broken and leaking. The room was pretty clean, sheets had stains on them and smelt as they had been left in a washing machine overnight then dried.

I would consider staying here again but housekeeping cleans every other day and one day we left from 9-1:30 came back to 2 uncleaned rooms which didn't get cleaned until 5 pm! I liked that recycling bins were present but the waste bin on our floor was so smelly one day (minor issue). Check in and check out were fine. The stars of this property though were the valets. They were efficient, quick and so friendly. We were in and out a lot and I appreciated their hospitality and service. Location is great and swimming pool was good and clean just not heated.

The best part was our check in. Lauren was fantastic. Easy to talk to, very informative about the property, willing to give great information about places to eat, and overall the best attitude through our stay. The worst thing was we were told that the room cleaning would be every day. That is ok. However we were there a week and the room was cleaned only once, we never had enough towels unless asking for more. We had a room with 6 people but when they did clean the room only left 3 sets of towels. Location, local transportation, and our favorite front desk person, Lauren, were the highlights.

My husband and I were in town for the July 4th holiday to see the Red Sox play the Nationals. This was an amazing location to stay to enjoy baseball and also take in some of the sights as well!

Nice, but wish their was a self park option

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Food was just okay for breakfast. Rooftop patio has great views and hotel is close to some good restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint was the valet parking and lack of getting car when we needed it. One evening, we needed to pick up a prescription at a CVS 15 min from hotel and valet person took 30 min to get our car once all said and done. Caused us to be close to closing of the CVS (that we had to drive to because they were open until 10) and I didn’t get my medicine that evening.

Absolutely amazing staff with the knowledge and personal touch to your DC experienc. Walking distance from the ballpark and across the street from the metro system for your tour needs. Highly recommended
