I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again.

This place felt dim, scary, and cheap (which is why it was the price). The rooms were small. The bathroom had literal piles of dirt in the corners. The tub was rust stained and looked dirty. We were too worried to shower there. There were piles of mattresses behind the hotel building. When we first arrived to our room, the cleaning lady was sitting in the hallway outside our room with bags of garbage. The bags stayed in the hallway for several hours after. We only needed a place to stay for the night otherwise this place would have never been our choice.

Front desk female was slow but helpful, when my college age daughters checked in later as planned the male at the front desk male couldn't be bothered to give them a key said ``go knock on her door``. Coffee is pretty bad, would prefer to not have breakfast is the cost could be lower. When we got up about 7 am, our one key no longer worked. Beds were fine, it was a very affordable price at convenient location McDonalds, Taco John's , Walmart, Menards, Aldi, Goodwill and Savers! Would stay there again
