We were greeted with a smile and even given a freshly-baked cookie! This place was very clean, from the front area to our room. The beds and pillows were comfy, and there were no outside noises to disrupt our sleep. We woke up, walked down the hall, and enjoyed a nice free continental breakfast and some very good coffee. We will definitely be staying here again!

First time staying at a Cobblestone Inn and stayed for a weekend. It is basically of the same look and quality of a Hampton Inn with the breakfast of a motel 6. The rooms have everything you need; a tv, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It appears to be kept up. There is a small bar where alcoholic drinks are served with a sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The selection is next to nothing and what they did serve was soggy french toast sticks and watered down eggs. Overall, it was a fine place to stay. The rooms were basic with what you need and it is located near several restaurants and bars and just a couple miles away from the college.

Front desk staff was fantastic, caring, chatty and fun to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about Waverly. Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did.

We enjoy staying at Cobblestone. The staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and served from 6-10 am. My only suggestion is to add a recliner in the King rooms...there's plenty of space for it, but no comfy chair or loveseat. Just the desk chair.
