We had a very enjoyable stay at Kilmorey Lodge. The room was very comfortable and has been updated in the last few years. The restaurant and pub are both quaint and cozy. The pub is a great place to have a drink on a cold winter night. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend it.

I recently visited this lodge and checked in around noon. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was neither very helpful nor friendly. Given that most facilities are closed during the winter season, the lack of basic amenities in the room—such as a microwave—made the stay challenging. Even simple needs like warming baby food or getting milk became difficult, especially with the nearest market being 40 km away. It is surprising that the hotel management has not considered the needs of guests who may require access to heated food, baby food, or milk at various times, particularly when the on-site restaurant is closed. This significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

We only spent one night in Waterton during our recent trip to Canada, but our stay here was wonderful. The room was very nice and comfortable, and dinner at the Restaurant was incredible! We visited here at the very end of the season, so the town was quiet and apparently shutting down for winter, but regardless we enjoyed our stay here very much, and I would definitely recommend this Inn in the futre.

The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. She warned us about the bear and that they have a bear spray if we need them. She was friendly and helpful to us too. Our room was the lake view on the ground floor and it was convenient for us since we have a baby. They have welcome tea and cookies that were tasty. We loved everything about our stay and definitely will be back.

The Kilmorey is always clean and welcoming. There is one area being missed in cleaning…the entrance to the elevator…there’s a lot of dirt in the slots. Our promo was well stocked and the cleaning ladies were accommodating when we asked for clean towels ( we did stay 3 days). The staff in the bar, where we ate our dinners ordered from the lunch menu were superlative. The serving size and price for these meals are very attractive. Breakfast was delicious - we had eggs Benedict (perfectly prepared with a delicious homemade Hollandaise sauce), Ranchers Breakfast for the big appetite mornings and The Kilmorey breakfast fit the bill for average appetites. Fresh fruit on the breakfast platters is a treat.
