The staff are fantastic and helpful. Perfect for staying a night or two. Stove top, microwave, and fridge. I stay here for classes at Waynesburg University every few weeks. Once it’s nice, it’s walking distance to the campus.

Very Clean, newly updated look with full refrigerator and stove. Room was a little small to try to set up a dual monitor computer space, but workable. I considered it an amazing value for the price and will stay here again when in Waynesburg.

I can tell the people who work here take good care and make the rooms the best they can possibly be with the resources they have, BUT you still get what you pay for. The rooms have NO dead bolt and doors open to the outside. A group of guys were drinking and smoking outside watching us move in. I had to take the chairs and wedge them between the door and the bed. The road is VERY loud. You will hear ever truck and car that goes up the hill.

We only stayed 1 night as we are headed to another destination. It was a nice place to sleep for the night. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Watched a little tv on the AmazonFire Tv, slept, and left early in the morning. It was also very affordable.
