I am very concerned about my recent stay from March 22–26, 2026. At around 3:00 AM, March 26, 2026 someone unexpectedly opened our room door while we were asleep and even turned on the lights. This was extremely alarming and made us feel unsafe. I immediately went to report the incident, but the only response I received was a simple apology and that a note would be made. There was no sense of urgency or reassurance that this serious issue would be properly addressed. What is even more concerning is that nobody could give us a clear answer as to what actually happened. We were left wondering if the wrong room was assigned to another guest, or if someone within the property has access to enter occupied rooms while guests are inside. This lack of explanation only adds to the fear and uncertainty we experienced. This situation is not only disturbing for me, but also raises serious concerns about the safety and security of other guests staying at this property. I hope management takes this matter seriously and implements better security measures to prevent something like this from happening again.
