Amazing Inn!

This Inn was beyond our expectation. We went for a 1 night stay to go Ski to Mount Snow and this Inn was just 5 min ride to the mountain. The service was completely personalized and very attentive. Common areas and room very cozy, warm, clean and you felt like you are in a movie. Great scenic views and amazing breakfast.

The Innkeeper was so rude & disrespectful that my wife and I did not stay. We left minutes after going to our room which was up 3 flights of narrow steps. The small room had no TV and no room phone to be able to contact the desk. The bathroom was so old and ridiculously small. Certainly not what you would expect for a $200/night inn. We had our service dog with us and the InnKeeper continuously "harassed" us for a Doctors Note & Service Dog Certification, which is NOT legal to ask. She challenged whether our dog was fit to be a service dog and asked multiple times what my wife's disability was, which is also illegal. We felt "discriminated" against and were embarrassed in the company of another couple that was in line behind us at check-in. The Innkeeper was so insensitive and discourteous that she made us feel very uncomfortable just being there. She upset both me and my wife. It is for all these reasons, that I could never recommend staying at the Deer Hill Inn. And hence, I will be filing for a full refund.

Quiet, relaxing Inn.

Great stay, great hosts. Relaxing, quiet. Breakfasts were great(we were actually there 2 days). Pool was nice. We just wanted a quick relaxing weekend away and Deerhill Inn was the perfect spot. I'm thinking things are quite different during skiing season.
