It’s was a good stay nice clean rooms wish the bus would stop at the hotel. Starbucks there had nothing to drink.

The property accepts pets but has no place to take them outside. There are nothing but landscape rocks and cement around the entire building which in the summer could be devastating for a dogs paws. We reserved and paid the deposit for a non smoking room, several weeks before our arrival and they didn't have one available, so we had to stay in a disgusting smoking room. They did not have an elevator for the rooms on the 2nd floor, therefore making it nearly impossible for a handicapped person to access the rooms. Food in the restaurant was overpriced and not good. There was a a party several rooms away from ours and they were loud and obnoxious until 4am, even after we placed several calls to the front desk to ask them to stop. There was no manager on the entire property that could assist with any of these issues.

Rooms clean - casino tables closed during week

Rooms were satisfactory and clean. The casino tables (blackjack, etc) were not open during the week. They charge $23 extra per night if you use the hotels.com app - you will see it in the fine print.

I don't give bad reviews often, but this one is deserved. I would probably upgrade this from terrible to bad if it werent for the smell. Picture an ashtray and a bottle of Fabuloso had a baby. That baby then puked on itself and rolled in the hallways and bedrooms of the hotel. That is a good start to describing the afterbirth baking in the sun stemch this place has. The casino itself has new slots against a backdrop of creaky floors and cigarette smoke encrusted drop ceilings. The nicest part of this "resort and casino" is the well painted parking lot. Sleep in your car or upgrade to a nice spot under the overpass. It would be preferable.
