Really enjoyed my stay here. Great pool and sauna. The area around the hotel is awesome plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Love the outdoor patio with fire pits as well.

This property is probably a great place to stay in the summer months when most of its amenities are available. Its location is very convenient with plenty of parking. The way it’s situated has a lovely view in back and is very close to many beaches, trails, and restaurants. The front desk staff is very professional and courteous. The bar staff seemed like it might be their first night… on earth. The rooms were very clean but didn’t offer anything extraordinary. It smelled a bit musty when I first entered. The walls were quite thin and from the bed I could hear every conversation in the hallway as if they were in my room. I also wouldn’t take anything that seems complimentary. I was added an extra charge for that.

The view of the bay was nice, arcade excellent, the room and other area of the hotel was clean. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent. However, there were a few workers that obviously does not like working with the public. The hotel is Very outdated and could use a facelift. Beware, although it is stated on a paper they hand you, towels are not at the pool and IF you do not bring them back to the front desk you are charged $20.00 per towel.

The rooms need an update, things were broken in my room. The pool was very rough on your feet. My husband and both of our kids had cuts all over the bottoms and tops of their feet.

Love the stay, and the pub.

I've sit here before and I really do love this place. In general it hits all the right notes and is very affordably priced. The continental breakfast is not amazing, and it's not expensive, but it certainly serviceable. I think my biggest disappointment with this stay and the reason that it didn't get five stars was my experience in the bar. They have a charming, charming bar on site. This pub is a place where I've gone many times and enjoyed a good drink and a nice cozy atmosphere. It really is a gem nestled into a heavily tourist trap infested area. This quiet little pub sits inside the resort and services resort guests and anybody from the outside who happens to know it's there. This time around the person behind the bar really didn't know what they were doing. They didn't know how to make drinks. They tried, but it was almost as if somebody from front desk or housekeeping was looking for extra hours and they needed coverage in the bar. It was not run the way that I'm used to and that left me disappointed. overall I would return here again and plan on it the next time I'm in the area. I'm just hoping that my experience at the pub is a better one because it is well worth checking out.

The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful including those at the front desk, at poolside and in the breakfast room. They have a beautiful pool with warm water and two saunas. The only negative was that the hot tub and one sauna were in need of service.
