There were issues. From construction on the property, to issues in the room, and finally being charged an extra $20 dollars for being at the property a few minutes prior to 4pm. The entire checking-In process took us past 4pm. It was our anniversary, and we won't ever go back to your facility, and we will recommend that our friends and family stay clear of it when they head out to Cape Cod.

Our NYE stay at Bayside was great! The woman who worked at the front desk both at night and the next morning was super helpful and moved things along to get everyone helped (multitasking- towels in and out, food being dropped off, people checking in, etc.) Breakfast buffet was PACKED in the morning, but the staff really kept up. There was a wait for items, but honestly they were hustling and constantly refilling everything! Im sure its just as busy here in the summer! Definitely a family resort, there were kids running up and down the hallway at all times, but we had our kids too so didnt bother us a bit.. and we always travel with our sound machine too! Overall, a great family place to stay! Clean room & pool area!

Breakfast menu was fresh. It was cooled to make your own Waffles, which were delicious and the pancake machine was interesting to use. Having access to coffee and tea throughout the day was a plus. Decent place to stay.

Frequent guest and have no complaints other than Moby dicks pub was closed but it is offseason and already limited hours so that was understandable. Maybe they can offer the drink tokens to another spot in the area to oblige. Next time! :)
