For a newly renovated hotel, there were many marks on the walls and sheets. The bathroom was extremely small and old. We were not able to change the station on the TV

It was a really nice room, the counter in the bathroom was small, there wasn’t a ton of space to walk around or put luggage but it was cozy and clean. The water took over 15 minutes to warm up. The beds were comfy and the cottage was cute and convenient and the breakfast was good too. The staff was friendly.

The sunbird annex is just another row of rooms on the other side of the sunbird property. It is a very short walk from the annex to the main building. The staff couldn’t be nicer. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and free, and the room was very clean. All of the mattress was a little bit uncomfortable. This isn’t an upscale motel by the furniture, but realistically who does much with the furniture. Add fridge and microwave. And again the staff was wonderful. Will definitely be returning often.

I will never book at this hotel again. I made a reservation with a card and couldn't afford to pay with that card. So, I contacted them immediately to cancel the room. I canceled in time to receive a refund. After that, I booked the same room again with a different card. I trusted them to cancel the first transaction. I was charged twice, $299, for a room with a blocked bathtub.

Paid a lot for cottage with private outdoor area. Room blinds broken with no curtains in bathroom. No privacy. Was forced to change rooms because they didn’t have blinds to replace. New room did not have smoke detector. Needed to wait for maintenance to add smoke detector to occupy second room. And then shower in second room did not drain and bubbled/gargled overflowed through the toilet bowl toilet would not flush drainage that was filthy was coming from the bathtub and the toilet serious plumbing issue. Forced to change room yet another time and this time no cottage was available and given a room with less amenities. No help was given to move items. Staff at desk during check-in was very nice but staff in the evening to facilitate the move were not pleasant and actually annoyed. Another room also had similar plumbing issues and was given a replacement cottage, which happened to be my original cottage because they fix the blinds for them but yet when I asked for that room, they told me it was blocked and not available due to mechanical issues. I was lied to. they gave it to another couple instead. I have not been compensated for cottage cost. I was told the manager would compensate. I expected full refund for this serious inconvenience & health hazard situation. Only positive thing about this resort is the breakfast and the attendant at the breakfast who was incredibly kind. having to change rooms twice in a 24 hour is not acceptable. Plumbing issues are not acceptable.

The room was all we needed to sleep comfortably for 4 nights. We liked that we had our own little private patio off our "cottage" suite. The only minor complaints we have are that parking near our room was tough to come by on a busy weekend, and the shower took a few minutes to get warm. Staff was kind and breakfast was good.

Room was a bit uncomfortable meaning that was smaller than other similar hotel rooms, but the beds were super comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! We couldn’t use the outdoor pool because it was dirty the water was green in some areas. The indoor pool water was questionable clean and freezing cold. Breakfast was good, multiple options!

The website mentioned that they have Ping-pang tables, but we were told that the tables were broken and not fixed yet. Also, it would be great if they can provided laundary, we can pay the laundary fee.
