We have stayed at this Best Western many times and it has always been clean, comfortable and the breakfast is great.

Great place to stay in West Yellowstone. It has all the things close by. We walked to dinner and shopping. The only negative was the elevator in the building. It was sounding like it was about to break. We were afraid of getting stuck on it every time.

Very clean, breakfast was great, staff very polite and helpful. Did not like the elevator one bit. Squeaked very badly when doors opened or closed. Not smooth riding. No elevator certification posted.. facility could use 1 more washer and dryer in each laundry The pool needed to be about 5 degrees warmer. Too cool. Hot tub was great.

Breakfast was amazing and also the breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. The front desk staff, housekeeping, everyone was so friendly and willing to offer any kind of help needed. The location in town is perfect for dinner, shopping and entertainment and the location to the entrance to Yellowstone was the icing on the cake. If we ever travel to this area again we will be returning the the Best Western Desert Inn.
