For the price we paid, we expected a little more amenities, like a small table or shelf in bathroom for our personal items while showering or getting ready for bed. A few pictures hanging on the walls would help erase the starkness of all blank walls.

The inn was comfortable and clean. I did not realize the doors open to the outside (like a motel) when booking, but the area felt safe and we enjoyed our stay. We had clean towels and a straightened room each day when we returned from the park.

Clean but bad internet

Clean rooms and location very convenient to get to Yellowstone. But the Internet was intermittent and since the TV was Internet, it was useless.

The best part about this location/property was its proximity to Yellowstone National Park. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We were glad to get a room and dispute the summer pricing would have enjoyed the stay much more if the door knob worked, there were towel bars and the sink was in the bathroom. It is an older building so the creaking floors were understandable but at those prices we would hope for a bit better room. When the staff were there they were very pleasant and understanding and the maid service was very good.

The reason you’re booking here is because of the location and low price, don’t expect great quality buildings. Located walking distance from West Yellowstone town, you are also just 5 minutes driving from the park entrance. Only a coffee station is available.

We recently stayed at Yellowstone Country Inn. It was not a good experience. 1) The bed mattress are in terrible shape. One bed felt like your feet were two feet higher than your head. Both beds were like bowls. They are just warn out. The beds squeak every time you move. 2) the toilet seat moved all around making the "number 2 a slippery-do". 3). the door to the room would always stick on the carpet when opening the door. 4). The price was EXPENSIVE but so was every other hotel in West Yellowstone. The door to the bathroom was not painted and only had its builder's grade primer before painting. 5). the rooms were noisy from other guests. 6) the internet was basically non-existent. I finally was able to get connect to the hotel next door that had an unlocked connection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in West Yellowstone.

The good was the hotel selection was a VERY good value for the expensive West Yellowstone area. They had a LARGE room with 5 queen beds, and a kitchen that accommodated our large party in one room. I was happily surprised by the room size and that we had a kitchen area! The shower was hot and they had plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a hot breakfast and town had a few grocery stores. there was also a table in the middle of the room and enough chairs that we could all sit and eat tighter. window unit air conditioning worked. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this room - no elevator. They serve coffee in the lobby but no water filling station. The decor was minimal and definitely could use some upgrades - the window screens were broken, blinds had trouble closing, But overall clean

It was a nice hotel we had a good size room. Only offered coffee in the mornings. For the price at least a continental breakfast could be offered. IMO The front desk workers were friendly and very helpful. If we are back in the area we would stay here again.

Our (party of 6) had a spacious 4 bed room, with a separate area for our entry way (fridge, microwave, tv, table chairs). Enjoyed the spacious room. Areas for improvement, the ice machine wasn't working, but we asked the check in staff and we got some ice. Over all its a little dated hotel, but it worked well for an overnight after a full day in yellow stone.
