Amazing location, wonderful host and very nice breakfast. The views from the hotel are really the best, view from our bedroom was showing the marina, and from tye front one can see the entire bay of Weymouth. The location is also pretty quiet for where it is. We have slept with open window.

We were warmly welcomed and given the keys early, and able to drop our bags off, so we could come back when the room was ready and let ourselves in. The room was small but had two chairs by the window which was lovely for looking out at the beach whilst enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. The fridge was great for keeping drinks cool and being able to use fresh milk was a bonus. Breakfast was very good and the cooked breakfast ingredients were of a high quality.

Hyoscine was lovely welcoming very kind lady absolutely spotless place breakfast was delicious. Would definitely go back see at the front and the harbour at the back perfect location

Lovely little guest house.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had in a guest house. The bed was extremely comfortable. The proprietor was so warm and friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. I was also impressed by how clean the property was. The view from our room was amazing. We looked out onto Weymouth Bay. Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Very welcoming hosts,with the property in good condition given its history as a Victorian era terrace. Well positioned close to the Pavillion. Breakfast freshly cooked and good quality. Parking on street with a permit supplied by the host, which is a big help as parking in Weymouth can be problematic. Would return.

Aaran House was great value for money! The location on the beachfront is wonderful, with a great view. But the location is also a drawback - it was very noisy.

Caribbean Charm

The location is amazing. the Hosts are incredibly friendly. Lovely actually. Breakfast was superb delicious. Fortunate to grab a free parking spot out front. The room was clean comfortable magnificent view - but was just quite tight and probably not what we envisaged from the website (perhaps our oversight). But Hosts made the stay truly memorable visit to Weymouth

The view from our room was great, the room itself over clutted. Assumptions made about breakfast we required and greasy pre cooked food given in place of fresh cooked. Proprietor constantly complaining about lack of booking, charges by council, cost of food etc.. Totally put us off staying again.
