The host is so friendly and accommodating. Really felt welcome. The cleanest motel I've ever stayed in! Rooms have everything you need and private pools are a great bonus especially with kids. We will definitely be back again

The spacious unit, own spa pool, sky tv, the owner was very pleasant and welcoming and really informative, the cleaners were also pleasant. Nice clean rooms fully found especially when most of Whakatane motels were all booked out😊 we will be back☝🙌

Fast efficient check in. Spacious room. Everything was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. No fault from me and my little family. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with private spa pool.

Clean, tidy, spacious room. Efficient check in and check out. Staff/manager very helpful and accommodating. Lovely spa bath and shower.

The owner was lovely He gave clear instructions & allowed us to check in an hour & half earlier with no extra charge to suit a birthday we were going to which was during the day & not at night as we had thought The big spa was lovely The only thing is the units are not sound proof so could hear those next door to us 10 out of 10 for us
