The main bedroom is separated from the house by the all weather breezeway and features a queen bed and ensuite. The main house has a second queen bed and third bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, with two singles. A full main bathroom includes a bath—perfect for a soak after a day at the beach.

The sunny and bright living area offers comfortable couches, a Smart TV, and sliding doors that open to the deck, creating seamless indoor–outdoor flow and letting those refreshing summer breezes drift through. A heat pump keeps the home comfortable year-round.

The dining table has seating for 6 and there are stools around the kitchen island making mealtimes and game nights a breeze. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, and dishwasher—so no arguing over dishes!

Whangamata is about an hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton, or Tauranga and is a much-loved coastal town famous for its fantastic surf and swimming beach. Take a kayak tour out to Donut Island, or hike to the beautiful Wentworth Falls. In town, you’ll find plenty of shops and cafés to explore, or take a short drive to Opoutere Beach to visit the Coastal Bird Reserve. For calmer waters, grab a paddleboard and head to the estuary.
