Nice apartment very close to beach

Pros: Rubbish and recycling facilities both provided on site.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Parking for two cars in the garage and we walked everywhere as the beach was right there and town was only a km away. Great bbq to use on the deck and from there we had an ocean view. With the living area on the floor above the bedrooms it was noisey with people walking around but once we were aware of that and treaded quietly it was better. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and definitely would stay there again.

Great service!

Pros: Undercover remote garage. The set up in the open lounge/dining room flowed out to the patio. Good pressure in the shower. Very clean and tidy.
Cons: Small scuff marks throughout the apartment but not very noticeable.
Location: The beach is only metres away, the surf club is next door, the town is very close (walking distance).
I pre-booked this room as I was planning a work trip away, I hadn't stayed before and the room looked suitable from the photos. I wasn't disappointed. The apartment was well kept, clean and tidy, the sheets were fresh and pristine, the lounge was comfortable and well set out. I ended up having to stay an extra night as the town was shut down due to flooding, and the staff were so accommodating and wonderful. The Wotif rep who I called to cancel my other reservation that I couldn't make due to the flooding was exceptional, and was able to sort it out for me. The garage with remote was perfect as the rains were torrential and I was able to get in and out without getting drenched. Very pleased with my stay.

3 flights of steep stairs. Tea Coffe facilities provided but no milk. Fridge Didn't work properly, shower broken, Ants crawling along carpet and into bathroom. Manager very rude and off hand. Manager not available or on site at office time on door to check out. Said I was only 5 minutes late. 4 people waiting to check out. When asked why the rate was $15 dearer he said if we booked direct and not on wotif we would have got it $15 cheaper. Close to beach but along way from main street
