Staff were incredibly gracious and went above and beyond to meet and exceed our needs. The property was lovely and easy to get around. My only knock would be that the cleaning staff was rather noisy at times (early mornings, afternoons) when attending to vacant rooms. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic property - only comment was the noise in the hallways - lots of commotion/talking until 10 pm - hearing running, doors closing and children. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!

We spent 3 days with family at this place. We enjoyed the convenience and proximity to trails and mountain specifically aspen trail and lost lake. The pool area was very nice and good service. The restaurant food quality was ok, we had breakfast at Wildflower and enjoyed Mallard Lounge for dinner and Portobello for lunch. I'd say prices are a bit extreme for Wildflower breakfast buffet $50+ (usually free for us at other hotels) and valet $60+ considering we just parked car there for 3 days. The beds and rooms were comfortable and they were accomodating of any needs. What's unique about property is really quiet area and feel of resort. The beds / pillows could be more comfortable and with kids growing up we'd need a suite next time if its at reasonable price.

Everything is easy at the Fairmount. Only complaint is that the pool area and adult pool was not clean. The water was murky and the pool area was not tidied up often enough. Made pool time not very enjoyable.
