The bathroom was not particularly clean and the room smelt a bit musty like it had not been aired out for a while. The hotel is pretty pricey but does not have many benefits such as room service or dining options. You pay just for a room unlike in most hotels where there is extra value in the smaller offerings that come with the room. The front desk staff seemed to be polite and helpful. Cleanliness is most important to me in a hotel and I did not feel like this lived up to my expectations with regards to the price paid per night.

Whenever we go to Whistlwr and stay at the Summit, it’s like coming home :-) Jayden at the desk with his welcoming smile and helpful nature and Irinya our housekeeper are the very best of people. We especially enjoy the sauna, spa and pool. Immaculately clean and well kept. Can’t wait to come back :-)

We had a great experience from the location, cleanliness to the friendly staff, specially Jaden, the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, and helpful. Thanks to his tips, discovered a wonderful local bakery, Pure Breads and an excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

It is a clean and quiet hotel. The location is in the center of the Whistler Village. We enjoy the outdoor hot tub. The front desk is friendly and provides a helpful brief listing of highlights. It has a ramp in the front of the building.

The entire staff was so kind, helpful and friendly, they made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were extremely clean and the room attendants were absolutely fantastic!! The beds were very comfortable (two of us have very bad backs and had no issues with the beds) and the toiletries were better than most of the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The location is very convenient - everything is walkable. I can definitely recommend this property to everyone that wants to vacation in Whistler.

Enjoyed my stay very much. One evening there was a dog howling on my floor; I phoned the front desk to mention it. (Not the hotel's fault, obviously). When I checked out, they had made my parking complimentary. A nice touch.

This was a mixture between luxury and quirky! It was such a cool hotel. The shuttle in the morning to the base of the mountain was amazing and the walk wasn’t that bad. The bed was amazing. It was a very lovely room. Loved the bath products! Will probably stay there again on my next trip back there!

Liked the room and location. Underground parking was undergoing repairs and somewhat limited. One elevator was out of operation. Both temporary issues. No restaurant but many close by.
