Our room had some issues that couldn't be repaired and they did not offer to move. The light and fixture over the desk would not work, light out over breakfast nook couldnt be repaired, tne overhead light on one side of the bed constantly flickered they didn't fix, our shower head was lose and coming out of the wall it was aimed to the wall but we couldnt move it. They said they would fix it after we checked out. The room was clean, towels were soft and clean, the acess for my husband who needs handicapped access was great in this room. The Starbucks coffeein lobby was good we did not eat at the restaurant it seemed kinda pricey. No continental breakfast. Front desk was helpful with directions to stores and train station
