Absolutely — here is a polite, professional version that respectfully requests a future credit without sounding demanding: ⸻ Subject: Feedback Regarding Overnight Noise I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which was my first time visiting your property. Overall, the location was beautiful, and the staff were excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive. Unfortunately, I did not get a good night’s rest due to repeated noise disturbances from neighboring guests. During the night, there was significant noise in the hallway from a nearby room, which was disruptive enough that I felt compelled to go downstairs to address the situation. Afterward, the guest in the room next to mine repeatedly opened and slammed their door very loudly throughout the night. At that point, I felt uncomfortable raising the issue further. While I truly enjoyed the property and the service provided by your staff, the noise issues significantly impacted my ability to rest. I wanted to respectfully bring this to your attention and inquire whether a future credit toward a night’s stay might be considered. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
