The hotel is old and dated. I asked for a ocean view room and late check in. I got the last room available, with shared entrance. The next room had a deck and my room did not. They could look right into my room so there was no privacy. The hotel was noisy, I had an issue with the sink drain. The only spot I could find in the parkade was extremely small. The carpet is old and coming up. The elevators were slow and being used continuously by cleaning staff making it hard to access. I would never stay in this hotel again. It was very disappointing.

I didn’t like that the patio deck wrapped around right where our bed was it was definitely uncomfortable,since it wasn’t our patio . And both mornings we got woken up by people talking very loud early in the morning 😫

This was my first visit to the Ocean Promenade Hotel and if I'm back in the area again, I would definitely return. The hotel and room were spotless, and the view we had from our room was beautiful. We were lucky enough to have a balcony and view of the water. Parking was under the hotel, so very secure. We had a small walk to get to the stores, restaurants, and Canada's longest pier. Thank you to the lovely workers at the hotel! They answered all of the questions that we had.

Really nice place. Great staff, nice room. Parking is very tight and expensive in the underground area and street parking is in effect until midnight. We didn’t really like that the room next door had a balcony that was right in front of our window. We were looking at them sitting in front of our room, up against our window late at night.

Awful! The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor farting in the shower. You have to pay a ton for parking and it doesnt gaurntee you get a spot. We didnt get a good sleep the 4 days we were there
