The first room we were given The bathroom was disgusting didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor either pubes or from when somebody was shaving their legs , there was water still in the tub as it wouldn’t drain. We then switched rooms to another room which was cleaner, but the bed was broken and the bathtub wouldn’t drain in this room either while having a shower. Will not stay again , I would recommend looking for another hotel as the price is pretty equal to hotels around. We picked this hotel because of its rating at a 4 star for cleanliness definitely not true. But the Moxies was good

For having a rating of being a clean hotel is a complete lie. Your hotel is very dirty and out dated. Checked into 2 rooms both very dirty one room had shaving hairs all in the tub, stains on the bedding and the lights were broken or burnt out. Hotel staff did nothing about the loud sport teams running through the halls at 3am waking people up screaming. Very unpleasant stay definitely won’t be returning. Also pool was like swimming in an ice bath and the hot tub was like sitting in a luke warm bath with no jets.

Room provided was not what was advertised in the photos. Was given a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom and was not advised before hand. Room condition was average. When asked if I may switch rooms and that the room did not have the amenities listed. I was advised the hotel was fully booked. Not horrible, but would not come back or would confirm what room is being given to me at check in.
