I recently stayed at the brand-new Veranda Resort Phuket, and it was nothing short of incredible. The property is beautifully decorated in a modern mid-century style, giving it a fresh yet timeless feel. One of the highlights is the resort’s private beach access—peaceful, pristine, and perfect for unwinding. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant served excellent food, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. I also visited the spa, which was outstanding—another reminder of how committed the resort is to offering a premium experience. Whether you’re into yoga, hitting the gym, lounging by the pool, or simply enjoying the beach, this resort has it all. And truly, the cherry on top was the warm and genuine Thai hospitality. Every staff member made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend Veranda Resort Phuket if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. It’s the perfect place to recharge. An easy 10 out of 10 experience!

The location is not recommended, some local massage and restaurants are 10 Minutes of non pedestrian way. The hotel is just fine especially relatively to the price

Well it was quite the experience, lets start off with the food, simply put its not good. They a have few and far between items that are ok but most is just bad. We had a few incidents while there that id like to share. 1st we wanted to order a half and half pizza both were the same price, they informed me or atleast i thought they would charge me for the more expensive, which was fine because they were the same price, well end result they charge me for each pizza so i got one pizza for the price of two, what a deal, not to mention the pizza was terrible, I never seen so much cheese on a pizza in my life. Second is and biggest one is the lock on the bathroom malfunctioned, my girlfriend was locked in there for 30 minutes, would have been longer if i didn't check on her. And another thing is if you like a blacked m room they have wonderful blackout curtains however their smoke alarms have nerve racking bright blue flash every 5 seconds, good luck sleeping. In the end they tried to make it right by upgrading my room, which was a spectacular upgrade and saved this from being 1 star. Staff was great but the english besides the manager was fairly poor, overall i would not recommend it, there are better choices.

This place is overhyped, I think it’s too expensive and doesn’t offer the same quality and service it portrays online. Space is not very convenient and beach is not great. You can’t swim in there, nice ambience though but that’s it! I won’t recommend, there are far better places/resort with breakfast included for Less what they charge here.

The property is not like on the pictures: not very large, directly on the road and impossible to swim in the sea because too many rocs (small and less small) in the sand and in the water. Impossible to walk without pain! Too much noise in most of the rooms (because of the AC of the restaurant and bar, the construction works just close to one side of the property). Hopefully, the staff was very helpful, so kind and professional. The restaurant and the spa are very very good.

Great place, but….

It is a beautiful new place and there are multiple pools and direct access to beach. But no shopping or restaurants nearby other than a Seven Eleven. If you’re travelling with children or staying longer be prepared with adequate necessary items.

Wonderful hotel, clean and new, staff extremely nice (especially Ton who we became friends with). Located in a quiet area with wonderful almost private beach! Excellent breakfast buffet, while dinner is served at the table

La chambre est très grande, complète et très agréable L’ensemble du personnel est très gentil Le spa est indépendant de l’hôtel mais il est excellent: des prix bien sûr plus chers qu’hors de l’hôtel mais restant un très bon prix par rapport à la gemme des prestations proposeess
