Finger weg! Sowas kann man keine Unterkunft nennen. Vermieter war nirgends zu erreichen. Ständig wurde man zu FeWo weiter geleitet, aber da sollte man anrufen oder Email direkt schreiben. Ich habe mehrere Tage vorher nachgefragt ob eine frühere Anreise möglich sei und ob alles noch passt. Keine Reaktion. Irgendwann hab ich von einer anderen E-Mail alle Daten und Codes für den Check-in bekommen. Als wir ankamen, war zwar der Schlüssel da, aber die Unterkunft in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Küche und Geschirr dreckig, Umgebung sehr laut, unten hat alles nach Pisse gerochen. WLAN war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Und die Dusche hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass mitten in der Nacht! plötzlich andere Mieter in der Wohnung standen. (Laut Vermieter und Vermerk in der Wohnung, sollte nur ein Schlüssel existieren. Aha.) Diese Leute wurden wegen einem angeblichen Wasserschaden in ihrer gemieteten Wohnung an unsere vermittelt. Der Wasserschaden wurde schon mal im Mai von jemand anderen in den Bewertungen erwähnt. Wie kann das so oft passieren? Expedia und FeWo waren nicht hilfreich. Die wollten den Vermieter kontaktieren, aber wir sollten in der Wohnung bleiben obwohl noch weitere Schlüssel existieren und die Wohnung einfach so betreten werden kann? Natürlich wollten wir unser Zeug nicht in der Unterkunft lassen, wenn alles so unsicher war. Angeblich habe ich nicht bestätigt, obwohl bezahlt war und Kontakt ignoriert wurde. Und mehr.

Vermieter kann ich leider nicht empfehlen

Kleines Apartment in Wiesbaden über FeWo gebucht. Mehrere Anfragen nicht beantwortet, dann doch geschrieben, er könne nicht innerhalb der FeWo-App kommunizieren (was er ja gerade getan hatte), ich solle auf eine andere E-Mail-Adresse außerhalb von FeWo ausweichen. Kurz vor Anreise kommentarlos das Mietobjekt gewechselt, keine Erklärung, kein Link, mit dem man das neue Objekt mal hätte anschauen können (mindestens gleichwertig?). Auf meine per E-Mail vorgetragene, diesbezügliche Kritik wurde mir 3 Stunden vor Anreise mitgeteilt, ich könne dort nicht wohnen, ein Wasserschaden... Äußerst suspekt! Vielleicht könnte ich ja die Buchung über FeWo stornieren...Dann, lieber Leser, suchen Sie mal 3 Stunden vor Anreise eine Unterkunft in Wiesbaden, wenn ein großer Kongress stattfindet... Ich jedenfalls buche dort nicht wieder !!
