Beautiful Designer home with open floor plan & professional décor throughout. Eat-in-kitchen offers espresso finished cabinetry & breakfast nook with high top table & six chairs with a birds eye view of the Sweetgum golf course. The dining area features a 4 person dining room table and coffee bar.

The living room has a solar tube to let in the natural light to make it light and bright, opens to a 9' patio door with wonderful screened lanai with outdoor L-shaped sectional seating, 2 outdoor chairs & a 50" smart TV which opens to concrete patio with weber electric grill. Living room with 60" smart TV.

Owner's suite with queen memory foam mattress, 50" smart tv, walk in closet & bath with dual counter height sinks & walk-in tiled shower with glass block window for natural lighting.

Second bedroom with queen memory foam mattress & 50" tv.

We enjoyed the activities e.g. pickleball, golf & pool. We went to a town square every night for live entertainment & enjoyed the bands. The only issue I could say I had was the bed pillows were flat. Otherwise it was perfect!Thank you!
