This house has two apartments. Each floor has a private entrance. The second floor is rented for the whole summer to student who work hard on the boardwalklong hours. The available apartment is on the first floor . It’s two bedroom one bath apartment. It’s 4.5 blocks from the beach. You will enjoy outside gazebo and the grill, huge yard for playing and off street parking. Must be 24 to book! No youth groups , please! No parties! Please note: We recycle! No plastic bag in recycle bin and no recycle in trash!

Great stay

The house has everything we needed to enjoy our 15 day stay there. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I love the layout of the house. It is in a great location to walk to everything we needed. The yard is very big and my dogs loved it. My teenage girls could walk to the boardwalk. We already have another upcoming stay booked. We will definitely be repeat guest there.

NO HOT TUB and FLYS EVERYWHERE

On the listing it states there is a hot tub but there is barely even a shower there. The house was infested with flies all over and the house had a not so great smell.
