This is such a beautiful property! The beach was amazing, the room was very spacious, and the bed was so comfortable- I almost didn’t want to leave the bed! I felt very safe as a solo traveler and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful as I navigated the grounds. The staff in the cafe became my friends and I enjoyed seeing them every morning for the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to returning one day!

This is my second time at this property and it’s amazing, if you looking for picture perfect Caribbean experience this property is a must !! If you ask me I traveled around the island and other resorts and this is the only one that fully give that blue water under the coconut tree experience.. very clean , they have a high upkeep routine. I’ve been here a few times an overall I loved it. Great hospitality, good food and beautiful outdoor beach area. Definitely rent a car but there’s spots that you can walk to for food. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the best family trip with something for everyone. Our university student daughters were able to hang out safely with their cousins at the beach, pools, restaurants, lobby/reception areas. The food was excellent, as were the choices, from beach bar selections to sushi, breakfasts, dinner and more! The brownie was the kids' favourite of the desserts. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, our room was beautifully decorated, with a giant ensuite bathroom/walk-in closet and storage! The beach was beautiful white sand, shallow waters with coral reef and incredible sea life! We snorkelled for hours and hours! A short walk to down the road brought us to another beach where there was a scuba dive centre and we all did a refresher class. There were also fresh fish served at the restaurants next door! We highly recommend this resort and were wishing we could stay another week!

We had a great time. Only issue was places to eat on the property were way overpriced, i.e. French fries for $23 or a burger for $24 was a bit over the top. Had to ask for towels several times and even then did not get what we asked for or amount we asked for. Ice is a rarity. Worst part was our last day there power went out at 3am and the heat woke us up and breakfast was gross. Things they had out at the buffet were melting, not sure how healthy that was. I understood it wasn't their fault but there should be a back up generator or something and as we checked out management didn't even offer any discount, extra points or anything for suffering since 3am in heat.

Beautiful property, staff at restaurants excellent, beach bar very friendly and helpful. Lobby, and front desk not as attentive. I unloaded my own luggage from my rental, brought my own luggage up after waiting over an hour, and additional towels never came. Overall it was a great experience and would come back. Aware some times are challenging but arrival is critical in hospitality.

My family recently stayed here and overall, it was a pleasant trip with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. The resort's layout is a plus. The property is a manageable size, making it easy to get around on foot but also had elevator if needed to go between the two levels. Amenities are conveniently located near each other. The property is clean and well-maintained, though it does lack a certain "wow" factor. The beach is kept very clean, but the water is quite rocky, although there is a small, rock-free section in the center of the beach that we enjoyed using. Traveling with our 9-year-old was made easier by our room's location. We were placed on the side of the resort close to the family pool, kids' club, and dining options, which we greatly appreciated. The kids' club itself is well-equipped with a TV, games, and a reading area. For dining, there are four restaurants, including a buffet. The food was decent, offering all the standard resort fare and a few extras. We particularly enjoyed the Salty Iguana, a poolside spot with good food and a solid drink menu. In my opinion, the resort is a bit on the expensive side for what it offers. The staff truly stood out during our stay. They work incredibly hard, and we met several friendly and welcoming team members, including Maurice,Juliette, John, and Bryan. The property is gorgeous majority of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was clean. The hotel conditions was well kept. The drinks at the hotel were overrated as well as the food I ate here once at the sushi restaurant, the wait for the food was very long and staff didn’t check on us often however this is my only complaint. I felt very safe here.
