A week in paradise! Il Mare is amazing! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our butler Sheny was awesome! Our waiter Zahir kept our drinks flowing by the pool. I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Ask for a blue Zahir to drink by the pool. It’s delicious!

Beautiful clean place and very friendly staff. Everyone can find what fits their interest. You can have hotel activity or nice quiet spots to relax and enjoy songs of the birds and waives of the ocean. Good food. The variety is not big, but again, everyone ca find what he likes. The restaurants' schedules should be arranged better. Many people are confused, especially at firs day of staying. There is not open buffet for the dinner. Cons: residents of other hotels could enjoy the Dreams' property, but dreams' guests don't permitted to go there.

Not enough staff, service was slow, grounds not kept well, dirty garbage, no one managing anything. Bars smelled bad, not enough variety with food, entertainment overall. No music at Il mare bungalows it was desolate and did not feel like a resort. The bungalows were nice but the beach was not as nice as the main area. Not worth the money. The butlers were kind but overall not enough staff or management to train and help. Needs a major overhaul!

Upon my arrival, I experienced a 45-minute delay in room availability, and regrettably, the restaurant had already closed, preventing me from dining. This was compounded by a late flight, which precluded the opportunity to eat at the airport. Furthermore, on my third day, the room attendant exhibited an unprofessional demeanor when I informed her that I required room cleaning, responding with the question, "Oh, do you want your room cleaned?"

The staff was the best part of our stay there. Everyone had a smile and went out there way to be helpful. SOFIA at the main bar was a doll and a pleasure to talk to. The resort however, the food was subpar. The restaurants were closed or closed with no notice. Tho ones that were open, the food was horrible

There was mold in our room. The toilet never stopped running. You actually have to put your card in the wall to make your lights work overall it was just really dirty. Someone got cut by the pool and they left all the blood there. They never replenish the coffee in our room.

The staff are SUPER friendly and welcoming! The food has good seasoning I really liked it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the resort says it has multiple restaurants but only one was open throughout our stay. Other than that the hotel was super clean and pleasant. PS: there’s no 24/7 open bar, last one open is until midnight.
