The hotel was in the middle of downtown right near the Curacao sign, club on the rooftop, shopping, bridge and food options. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with wash rags being available, lots of renovation within the hotel, and a bad night where a bridal party fought in the hall with no security coming.

The hotel is well located in the city area with restaurants close by. The housekeeping service was good, and the front desk service, especially Chelsea, was professional and excellent. I will recommend the Elements hotel to travelers

I liked the location close to stores, restaurants, bakery, you can take a walk in the evening and its close to the bridge to go to Otrabanda. The staff were always ready to assist and the possibility to be able to have bottle of water while staying there for hydration and to make tea or coffee in the room, was a plus for us. If one is not too comfortable with the sound of the entertainment on the rooftop restaurant/dance, that can be an issue on the 3rd floor.

Best option for area. Walkable city. You could pay more but not get much more. Good view of Park where there is frequent entertainment. My second time here after looking at other options on previous trip. Staff is sincerely friendly and helpful.

The area was quite nice, staff was friendly, only issue was hearing the toilets of the upper rooms being flushed was a little disturbing with the constant noise anytime someone uses the washroom other than that no issues at all.

Exceptional Stay: Prime Location and Stellar Service I had a truly great stay at this hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The two major selling points for this property are its prime location and the exceptional service. The hotel’s location is outstanding. The convenience to get to eating, dining, and all the other places of interest around the city is unparalleled—everything you could want to see or do is within easy walking distance. This saved so much time and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Beyond the perfect location, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and highly accommodating throughout my entire trip. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I must give special thanks to a few individuals who truly made a difference: Shediah, Shelsie, Mickiesha, and Nissandro. Elements is a MUST!

Very centralized to the floating bridge, Curaçao and Dushi signs, markets, souvenir shops and more. Great location. The staff was AMAZING! Eesh literally walked me to the street to assist me with the parking setup and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Chelsea was great as well and the housekeepers were helpful and had great energy. The rooftop bar was such a good time Friday and Saturday. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and has great ambiance. Jose is delightful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!
