Beautiful property. The ocean club is amazing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only negative is the spiral staircases to rooms which you have to drag suitcases up, so when they offer help take them up on it. But it is more than made up for by the beauty and quality of everything else.

Property was nice. Room was clean. No issues except our safe didn’t work, got a key from reception and was told maintenance would come by. They never did so we just kept using the key. We were given two room keys, one didn’t work. When we brought this to their attention we were asked what room we were in and then told “oh, only one key works for that room”. Lot of locals in the restaurant and sometimes in the pool. There was a party one evening that went late and you could hear it all in the room. Finding a parking space near was sometimes difficult.

The hotel is very well located. Easy to walk into town, lots of restaurants nearby and bus service right out front if you care for public transportation. The pool area was lovely as well. Room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

This property was beautiful. The views are amazing. I stayed in the Junior Suite, Multiple Beds, Oceanfront and the view from this room was amazing. The staff at this hotel was super nice and helpful. I got a massage on the balacony of my room. Mrs. Leida was very helpful and provided great customer service. I will return to this property again when I come back to visit Curaçao. Book this spot and you will not be disappointed. The only con is they need better hot water. The water was warm not hot for showers. Also finding parking was a hassle other than that the pool view and customer service was five stars!

Nice boutique hotel with fantastic personal service from the staff. Wonderful staff !! Everyone of them. Here are the minuses - the shower is like warm, not hot. You get one coffee pod per person per day; bring Nespresso pods if you drink more. Additional coffee pods is 1.25USD. No Kleenex in the rooms and you barely get enough towels; one of each only. The breakfast is beyond fabulous !! It’s worth adding that on. Street parking which there always seemed to be.

The property has spectacular views by the pool and in the restaurant. The food was good. However, it felt like some of the staff did not want to be there and providing service to me was the last thing they wanted to do. We received an upgrade in the room upon arrival but it was the noisy room above their Friday night party. However, this worked out fine for the rest of the trip, just something to be mindful of if you are staying on a Friday night. I felt it was safe and quiet the remaining days. There is no beach and not much in the immediate area to do. There is a bus stop out front which was helpful and Mambo beach is quite close, about a 6 minute drive. Overall, it was okay for a boutique property.

The staff was phenomenal. However, the hotel could be more updated, especially in terms of the bathrooms. The room I stayed in was outdated, with a backed-up shower that overflowed every time we showered. Also, more towels and linens would be helpful.

Daytime construction at property/nighttime party noise. Hotel restaurant was very pricey with service lacking; had to REQUEST waiter to place order for drinks, then food. Drinks at pool $15 each. Pool area definitely in need of refurbishment. Shower was not clean/ hair is drain. Yuck.

Just a quick weekend stay. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite/apartment with a balcony and sea view when I only booked normal king room which was amazing. Only downside is these rooms also overlook the pool/restaurant and Friday nights are advertised as party night as the restaurant. There is no soundproofing and the music/laughter went until 1am. Other than that my stay was amazing. Pool was great, it’s walkable to the centre of town and a bunch of places to eat and shop. Always enough chairs at the pool.

I enjoyed my stay because the hotel was clean and the staff was nice and attentive. The hotel is located near the city and you can wlak to thentouristic areas during the day. At night, the streets are quiet so I didn't want ot walk.
